30 Minute Private 

Work at your own pace one on one with a certified Power Plate personal training to reach your goals. 30 Minute Semi Private

There's power in numbers. If you've got a friend, family member or you'd like to join a group of 3 people all striving for the same goal…..results, then you've found the right place. In the semi private Power Plate session you'll have your own Power Plate integrating total body exercises using a variety of tools including kettle bells, dumbbells, bands, cardio machines like rowers, ellipticals and versa climber. 60 Minute Personal Training

For the individual who needs more attention and focus on specific needs. For example, physical therapy to relieve aches and ailments associated with lower back, shoulder, knee, ankle/foot, knee and neck pain. The programming will incorporate rehabilitation exercises to help correct and improve function to normal levels. Another example would be for the individual who needs more attention and time for dramatic gains or losses for a specific goal or purpose like a wedding, movie, TV show, tour, etc.


In Home Personal Training

Steve Jordan will come to you to provide you with a 5 star service personnel training program tailored to your needs, wants and home gym function. This is one of Steve's personal favorites because he gets to help you find ways to "be better" in the comforts of your own home and space. These sessions can include, but not limited to:

  • Cooking and Nutrition
  • Home office ergonomics for better posture
